Poor quality and product deficiency

I purchased 9 dual heater directly fr Cadac and it was delivered with no box no manual and with deficiencies I am now worried about the safety of my family since Cadac is not even responding to my complaint email.

The heater has a dent, surely it it's not BOXED that can easily happen, the lights for electricity are not working correctly Then button for two bulbs light one and the one for one bulb lights two. How can I trust using gas on this then
