Poor customer service

I bought both cadac gas heater and gas cylinder. I must say im living with the biggest regret as I have wasted my money. The heater switches off by itself and is not user friendly. Instead when I emailed I got a lousy response from Natasha Morris.... "Use it in a ventilated place" All I ever wanted was for you to advise me if I can return the product or send it somewhere for repairs
