Pathetic service

Bought a gas heater last year July 2018. Used for a month and packed it away. 2 weeks ago when I wanted to use it again it goes on for 2 seconds and switches off. Took it back to Makro as it has a 2 year guarantee, just to be told it needs to be sent back to the supplier and I will only get it back after 21 days and the guarantee will only be valid for 6 months. Spoke to Justin that works for Cadac and he was very unprofessional, rude and arrogant.
