Not helpful at all

I am looking for a 4 Burner Meridian Gas braai and emailed Cadac after I could not find it at Makro, Builders Warehouse and online. The response I got was check at Makro. I told her I did and she said sorry. I asked her when you will get stock and she says not now!!! What type of customer service is this???? You are not helping at all. She should not work with the public and have no customer skills at all. Why do you have an info line if you dont help customers???
