I am trying for more than a week to purchase four gas burners and four flame tamers from Cadac Centurion. They don't have stock and cant even give me an idea when the new stock will arrive. After I contacted the JHB branch and confirm stock levels I drove through from Hartebee****rt dam area. I arrived at Cadac before 16h00 only to be told by the security at the gate that the sales lady took the afternoon off and they are unable to help me. I had to turn around at the gate. Serious only one person in the branch/warehouse that can do invoicing. It seems to me the security guard at the gate should be promoted to manager at the branch. At Builders warehouse you are able to buy parts for other brands like Alfa ect. but not Cadac and then the personnel are unable to help after driving 75Km one way....
