No help from Cadac

I have Cadac cooker tops for our camping trips & recently noticed that one of them was leaking LPG. This was because the jet was blocked. Under the cooker top the label specifies No 21 jet. I bought a Cadac branded pack of No 21 replacement jets. I then un*****ed the blocked jet but can't fit a new one because they have hexagonal heads and the recess in the cooker body needs a jet with a ***** slot.

I then lodged a query with Cadac via their website (https://cadac.co.za/contact/ ) but have not had any response. I shared my dissatisfaction with a fellow camper and his response was that "I've never had a reply to my queries either" .

This is not what I expect from a well known brand.
