My money back

I sent an email to you on Friday regarding the one plate stove that I bought at Kempton Caravan. The flame was coming out at the small whole I don't want the stove back I want my money please. I'm not safe with that stove and please tell your customers if the item is damaged they must refund us. I bought the stove last month I didn't use it. It's still new.
