Great customer service

I bought a gas heater, looking forward to using the product during the winter. Unfortunately, the gas heater was faulty. Fortunately, Moss, a technician from Cadac South Africa, happily replaced the faulty heater with a new one. I'm extremely satisfied with the prompt assistance and friendly service provided by Moss.
