Cadac - Sad to see how they value us as customers.

<p>Purchased a Cadac Stratos 4 Gas braai less than a year ago. Sustained a serious finger cut when cleaning the inside of the dome. Contacted Cadac out of concern to avoid this from happening to other customers and spoke to their General manager. To say the least he was disgustingly rude, unapologetic and actually had the nerve of accusing us of making the story up! He even went on to insult and said that we must have purchased the Cadac product at a s**** yard! I have all the original proof of purchase slips from Makro and challenge Cadac to physically come and inspect the shoddy workmanship on their product. I would like their rude general managet to make the trip and see for himself!! Shocking customer appreciation and service. Never will I purchase a Cadac product again!!</p>
