Bad Customer Service

I purchased a gas heater and gas tank from Cadac, hoping to enjoy its benefits during the winter season. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged. Not only was I disappointed with the heater, but I was also taken aback by the company's service. Cadac insisted on charging me for both the delivery and return costs, despite the product being damaged on arrival. It was a frustrating experience. Please be careful buying any products from them directly M, as the lack of care for customers' concerns is disappointing.
