Worst Online Shop ever

On 11 February 2015, I ordered a Samsung S5 Telephone via the online shopping portal. On 12 February 2015, my payment was verified and I was ensured to receive delivery within 24 hours. Since then 72 hours has passed and the goods have not been delivered. The supplier further ignores all queries and requests to have the goods delivered. <br> CaCell cannot expect customers to pay for courier services to make a delivery within 24 hours if delivery is delayed. I request a full refund of the delivery fee and or cancellation of the transaction and full reimbur*****t of all costs.
