I bought a Samsung J8 Lavender with you on the 27th August 2018. I made payment and you advice customers on your website to send you Proof of Payment as same is susceptible to faking, and that your system picks up payment automatically. Upon telephonic inquiry you promised to send me delivery of the phone the following monday or tuesday by courier. Upon inquiry on Wednesday why the product has not been delivered you indicated you do not have the advertised product/phone in stock. You advised me to write email cancelling the order and refund. Your Jay Moodley responded by email promising refund by Thursday and contrary to above statement, upon me furnishing Proof of Payment. Your lies and breach of contract has cost me dearly. I am referring the matter to crime intelligence agencies, and will take further legal steps. You are giving online trading a bad reputation and hope you face the full might of the law.
