Very pathetic experience after my trusted insurance handed over my claim to them

The store gave me endless calls for me to pay for my excess so they can deliver my phone, after eventually paying for the excess fee then they showed their true colours, i had to write emails with no response, made calls everyday n speaking to all kinds of ****s working there, i was told the insurance hasn't authorized the claim

After 8days I then called n requested for my refund. Now its 2nd week of poor communication as its their work culture, I had to call every single day n being promised to be called back in 15min n with no luck I still had to keep calling all over again

I really do not understand how a reputable (1st for women insurance) would make business with such a store that has no respect for their customers and group of ****s, I hope they repay my money today
