Online ordering from Cacell

<p>The worst ever online service that you can get from a business. I am surprised that they are still in business! Ordered a cell phone (R10999) and payed via EFT just to find out after 5 days of non communication from their side that the phone is out of stock and I have to wait another week now before they get new stock. Pretty sure that there will be a new excuse after another week. You can send as many E-Mails to them, even their so called interactive call from their own website, you get absolute no response at all! I requested that they pay back my money and hopefully that will happen, if not, I'll think about reporting them to the SAPS.</p>
