HORRIBLE SERVICE

I received a sms informing me that my claim is approved. I called CA cellular last week Monday and they said Tania is on leave and that the lists are with her. On Thursday I was told that I will get my phone latest Wednesday as they will send it on Monday (Today) and when I called them today I was told that they is no stock and that I will have to wait till they get stock, how pathetic. Your service is terrible really, I have been calling everyday with no luck. and now I have to wait another week. Why was stock not ordered in time. When I call my insurance they say I must call Tania and when I call Tania im told that she is not in. Does Tania even exist??? im tired of all your lies and pathetic excuses, WHEN AM I GETTING MY PHONE?
