Great Prices but Poor Customer Service

Great prices but appalling customer service with no sense of emergency. CA Cell will promise a delivery date just to for you to stop calling them. When you want to opt for collection, they give you the run around. Do not answer emails, live chat and do not call back when they promised to call you back. I initially wanted to collect my device which is stated on their website is possible. However, delivery is still charged even when you opt for collection.
