False advertising and no accountability!
I bought a Samsung A02 from CaCell and it was advertised as a 3 GB ram and 64 GB memory, instead i received an Samsung A02 with a 2GB ram and 32GB memory. I have logged this complaint the same day the phone was delivered and they have responded that they are waiting on feedback. The next day i received a pathetic email from Boitumelo stating the following"Good day Ashley Trust that this email find you well.
As per our telephonic conversation we checked on another phone and you can be able to see the phone storage stating that it’s a 32GB on the box without opening the phone, which now makes it difficult for us to retrieve the phone because it has been opened and the warranty has started already and we will like to apologize for the inconvenienced we caused you. Regards"
I informed her that i didn't check the box as i trusted that what i would received the correct product as advertised. Up until now i have not heard anything from them. They falsely advertise and want you to be happy with it. I have send them screenshots of what they advertise. According to the CPA s16 we have the right to return a cellphone within 5 days should you not be happy with it for any reason. All i wanted is the product they have advertised or my money back but no luck.

Trust that this email finds you well.
Please note we received the phone yesterday and it was accessed and we are waiting for our manager to confirm the refund processes and that will be today.
In the meantime please send us your banking details that we can use for the refund."
So this seem to be the process that has happened:
You received the phone
You inspect the phone surroundings
You request the the pass word to unlock
You request the password of my Samsung account
you inform me that once the accounts is deleted the refund process will happen on Friday 16th September
BUT now today you email me to inform me that there are apparent scratches on the phone and it will cost you more than half of the value of the phone and you will deduct it from my refund?
This is all so convenient to discuss this with me after all of the communication of last week and making me believe that all is in order and that I will be receiving my full refund as no damages were found last week. Now you are saying it going to take another 48 hours to apparently assess after it has been already been assess last week as you can see in the email correspondence. So who are communicating the truth here?
