disgusting service-Tania Moodley & team @CA Cell! horrible &pathetic

disgusting service! I am still shocked that there are companies like them. the so called manager "Tania Moodley" doesn't even care about customers! been waiting for my phone to be delivered since Friday, I was told that they had problems with drivers, Monday-problems with their systems "said Tania Moodley", Tuesday, Tania is in a meeting, they put me on hold for more than 20min, transferring me from one pilar to another! at the end was told to call my insurer as there is no one to assist me! what a pathetic service!!
