C2i canselled my contract after a faulty installation I paid for in full.

I had my hime wifi installed and paid for install over a couple of months.... They never intalled my own dish. They said it is to save me money. Now me amd my neighbour shated a dish. I wamyed thwm to instally owm dish and sent me an email to telle that they can no longer provide me with any service. So i paid for an install amd now I will loose all that money.
