Worst service
Worst experience with these ones. I bought tiles and it happened that I remain with a surplus. Vryburg branch does not take my calls anymore as I wanted to return some of those tiles. Get back to me urgently as you promised through your social media account ***/ ***

Thank you for taking my call. As I explained, our returns policy is within 90 days. While we do try to accommodate customers who wish to return stock a few days beyond the return period, unfortunately, due to the extended time that has passed, we are unable to assist in this case. 11 Feb 2025, 07:43This is just not true as I started communicating with you on the 18th of January 2025 through your social media platforms and you only responded on the 30th of January. I still believe I was within the stipulated time frame. I have proof of such communication to that effect.
