Worst online experience
Worst experience ever I bought tile online on the 19th of feb I’m returning the ones I didn’t use ,I called in advising that I wanna return tiles they told me I should take them to my nearest CTM I’m now at the nearest CTM in Brakpan and the person I’ve been communicating with which is Elizabeth advised that if I take them to my nearest CTm I won’t be liable for courier fees ,now I’m at Ctm dropping off the tiles I’m being told that the tiles have been discontinued and I have to take them to the CTM that sent them to me which I only found out now

I’m very sorry for this experience and the run-around you’ve been given. You were told you could return the tiles at your nearest CTM (Brakpan) and that you would not be liable for courier fees, and it’s unacceptable that you only found out at drop-off that the process is different because the tiles are discontinued. Please advise when a suitable time is to contact you.
