Worse quality product ever

The service is great. Francois really went out of his way to try and help but they have no support from management who expect them to sell substandard ******* and then defend it. I bought 66m2 from the and the quality is grade C. Tiles are not the same size, they are not square and the enamel can be chipped off with your fingernail. They now have their R20k so it is basically F U, the tiles are ****, deal with it. NEVER EVER will they see a cent from me again.
