Why have a website if your company is not computer literate?

I didn't buy a sink and a tap over the phone, I bought it ONLINE. Turns out that now that I've spent my money with this company they DO NOT answer emails nor send any notifications via email as to when the delivery of your goods will be. There is no ONLINE tracking system either. I had to arrange a phone to find out that everything is done over the phone, supposedly because now customer service has confirmed they will deliver today there are no missed calls or SMS's either. Why have a website if your company is not computer literate? Currently I have been told by the customer service rep he will liase with the delivery team and call me back on the phone I have arranged but for over an hour I have received no call.

Having been told I will get a call back to tell me what the driver is up to I have had to call back 1.5 hours later and spoken to the same rep that claimed he will call me back and he hasn't really done anything. There you have it, an order cannot be organised online neither by phone. I wouldn't be surprised if you went into a physical store and struggled with a purchase if this is anything to go by.

The issue is not the TIME - it is the DAY. There is no way to track delivery online and your claim that an SMS is sent on the day of delivery is false as I have never received any SMS nor missed phone call to date. Furthermore your driver has ****d my signature and I have been sent two certificates of proof of delivery - WHAT KIND OF A COMPANY IS THIS???

AGAIN - you've not understood the complaint and blamed the customer for YOUR error. I HAVE NOT provided you with incorrect details - how else could the driver have called me in order for me to reject his delivery in order to get my money back? NO, the problem is your system, you claimed there is no online tracking nor updates via email, only that the customer will receive an SMS on the day of delivery. That never happened, there was NEVER an SMS sent but only a call from the driver when he arrived at 14:30 when I informed him I had already cancelled. Take responsibility for your errors instead of blaming the customer for your mistakes!

Also, the will be no future orders, you have proven yourself inadequate over and over. I could have accepted the materials at 14:30 but there is no way I am going to business with a company that is run like this.
