Wasting time and money

We spoke to Benny over the phone to find out if they have stock of a certain tile we bought there. We short 2 boxes. He told us over the phone they have 5 in stock. I got in the car and drove from Kempton Park to Boksburg 5mins after the phone call. Got at Boksburg Ctm and no stock. It hasn't been sold in the mean time, there was never stock. That is after I asked him to make sure there is stock. His answer "Springs Ctm shows they have stock". I am sorry, this is unacceptable. Please be careful dealing with Benny.
