WARRANTEE CONTENT ON SOME BETTA PRODUCTS UNKNOWN TO CTM HERM**** STAFF & MANAGEMENT.
CTM Herm**** advertises warranties on some of their Beta products. When asked to elaborate on the content thereof sales staff has no idea what it was.
On enquiring same from management one has to assume they also have no idea as they failed to answer emails in this regard.
