Wall tiles sold as bathroom tiles

<p>The tiles were sold as bathroom tiles - they are completely porous therefore change colour when showering consequently wall behind is damaged and mildew is setting in. Manager said that the tiler did not use waterproof grout (he did). Floor tiles all factory damaged, redid floor tiles with tiles from Italtile at huge expense. Manager said that water proof grout was not used - so re did all wall grout with waterproof grout again. Problem still there. Then Manager came back and said that they were light tiles so they didn't fall off the wall! Refused to compensate anything or help in anyway. Now stuck with an expensive bathroom that I cannot use.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would recommend anyone buying bathroom tiles from this company, pour water over one to see if the water seeps through - if it does you will have a big problem with mould and damp.</p>
