Very upset

Good Day

I bought a sink last year December 2021. However the sink suppose to come with 2 valves, not sure about the proper name. However the "valves" is what they need to come and bring us in order for the water to stay in the sink. They than came a few months ago and only brought 1 "valve" because they didnt have another one and was waiting on stock to arrives. I've been struggling to get hold of anyone at CMT somerser west to send the guys with he "valve". Last time I phoned spoke to Lolla I think not sure. Still waiting on her to phone me back. Because of not using the 2nd sink, my water stopper for the valve to go in got missing and now I have to replace that aswell and is all CMT Somerset west fault. Cause if I had my "valve" i could use my 2nd sink.
