VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

The CTM international team were fantastic up until we had made payment then it is was disastrous. We bought tiles and decided to use CTM's international delivery to have them delivered to Harare, Zimbabwe. Once we had paid for the tiles, our emails were no longer responded too; you were not informed but the progress of the delivery; when we called because the deliver so late - the delivery company ('Fuel Bull Distribution') were rude AND couldn't tell us when they would deliver. I strongly suggest AGAINST anyone ever using CTM's international delivery. There are numerous other companies that will do a better job
