Very bad delivery services

<p>On Sat I spent a large sum of money at the CTM on Malibongwe, with the promise that they will deliver my tile on Monday morning 09:00. Well it is now 13:54 and still no tile, but hey I suppose I just have to suck it up and pay for the tiler, just sitting around waiting for the tiles. It has been such a bad experience, I have phoned the branch several times, with the same answer, we will phone you back, with no call-back. And if you do get info out of them they state the driver has left already. It got to the point where I could not take it anymore and I asked for the driver's details, I was put on hold for 10minutes for CTM just to get the driver's information. When contacting the driver he said that he was in Strydom Park and that my delivery was last on the list.....Then to top it off I contacted the CTM head office customer care, and what a surprise/or not.....there was no answer on the other side. Well done CTM, you just took bas service delivery to another level, never again</p>
