Very bad customers service at CTM Port Shepston

I bot tiles and grout adhesive. So I left and went to do my ne flor to see I bot to little grout adhesive so I went back to CTM Port Shepston so when I ask for the grout adhesive the lady brot a different packet so at that moment I realized that the guy's at dispatch gave me the incorrect product the first time . So i ask the owner of CTM Port Shepston what's going to happen know do to that all my tiles are already stuck to the flor with the in correct stuff and will come loos with time and then have to replace them. So he told me can't my staff read and he had 20 different reasons way he can't give me a refund or can't replace the tiles and grout adhesive. This is very bad customers service and that the staff gives customers in correct product not acceptable at all. So I called head office of CTM JHB to do a complante I spoke to someone she took my number and sed sumone will contact me . And what happend I'm still waiting to be contacted can someone please assist me to get this resolved
