Unsatisfied with CTM online

I am very frustrated with online CTM. I stay in Grabouw which means my nearest CTM is Somerset West, I ordered all my items including tiles and a bath tub to be collected at CTM Somerset West. After I ordered and payed, they emailed to say that the tiles are in Mitchels Plain and that I have to collect it there, I asked if they could courier the items to Somerset West CTM as I requested online, they then told me that they will have to charge me an additional R849. How is it my problem that they can’t get the items to the shop that I requested, then they shouldn’t have given me the option to collect it at Somerset West since it’s not there. I requested to cancel the items more than a week ago but I haven’t received my money back.
