Unhelpful and unprofessional

When I called today I spoke to Mbali and she was not sure of the info i required. She promised she would call back in 10mins with the info. As yet no call received. This happens always when you call CTM PMB. People are not helpful or professional. wish their service can improve even when you go there personally.
