Unhappy customer

Over the Easter weekend my shower door fell and broke - I called CTM on the Tuesday to request if they have the Crystaltech shower door in stock to which i was told due to the floods there has been no deliveries to which I understood. I was told to phone in the next week to check if stock had arrived - I instead called 2 weeks later and was told no stock arrived and spoke to Mfundo who advised there was still no stock and to call the following week. I called the following week and spoke to Mfundo again and he remembered speaking to me previously, this time he took my number down and promised to call me when stock arrived. Lo and behold I had still not had any feedback from him to which I called him back instead and he told me there was stock just not in his store and their stock will arrive the following Thursday (which was supposed to be last week 19 May) . Again I left it and called today 25 May 2022 and spoke to Nomfundo this time who told me there is no stock. This I find unacceptable as I got a promise and the promise has been broken. I asked on the way forward what can be done to which she rep**** there is no stock. I have been working in a customer service environment for over 30 years and I have never made a promise to a client and not delivered even if it is to let them know I am still busy with a query. I told Nomfundo the only thing left for me is to put my complaint on Hello Peter to which I got no response.
