Unbelievable service

I purchased a shower door. When the installer opened the box we noticed the door had a mark. This was late on a Friday afternoon. I called the store and without any question the manager said he would come deliver a replacement. Within 30 minutes my new door arrived with a smile! Blown away, Thank you
