Unacceptable Service

On the 4th of January I went to CTM mokopane. Chose a tile for my house whereby the sales guy said they dont have stock but can definitely provide me with this tiles within two weeks. The tiles was supposed to be ready for collection on Wednesday. Every day I hear another story why the tiles is not here. After a ca to CTM head office the store manager phoned me.back and said as discussed with head office we will have to wait for a truck to fetch the tiles or pay the transport fees of R 3000. This is absurd!!!!! After repeatedly phoning ctm to confirm the tile deliver I had contractors removing old tiles as new tiles were going to be delivered. So there Im waisting money as I have to pay contractors standing time. I arranged a truck for collection of tiles as I was promised it would be there. There also I lost money. Now I have a huge company telling me they cant pay 3000 to make sure their client is happy and that getting the tiles from where ever is now problem as well!!!! Please can someone explain to me what does customer care or satisfaction mean to ctm according to me 0!!
