I went to buy tiles and a shower screen at CTM, called transport to collect the tiles and shower screen. Then I was informed that they don’t have a screen in store, and that they would order it. After arrangements were made with the manager that they would deliver the door for me, free of charge, I bought the tiles and shower screen. Now they don’t want to deliver the door and want me to arrange transport again ater they confirmed they would deliver it, now they are calling me to try and make me pay for the delivery after they said they were going to deliver it.
