toilet service- flush 'em!

We paid for delivery of a toilet. We then installed a new toilet and it has a manufacturing default and crack. We reported to CTM last Friday. They sent an inspector on Saturday, who confirmed it was manufacturing crack. After numerous calls following up they say we can collect a new toilet and R540 as a contribution to plumbers expenses. We now have to take an afternoon off work to drive to Umhlanga because of their defect!

They should have delivered a new toilet Monday and paid for installment.
