Tivoli Tap Repair

I had a Tivoli basin mixer tap fitted in my bathroom, when it was renovated in 2012.<br> Last week the mixer lever broke off, rendering the tap unusable.<br> On Monday, I called in at CTM Boksburg (where I bought the tap in April, 2012) to see if there was anything they could do.<br> They immediately logged an online customer complaint to International Tap Distributors, which was responded to equally swiftly.<br> ITD wanted to send out a technician the next day, but it was not convenient for me, so it was arranged for the following day, Wednesday.<br> I am happy to report that the technician came this morning, fitted a new part and the tap is back in service.<br> I am just so thrilled with this level of service excellence, after previous conflicts with less customer-aware entities, that I would have no hesistation in recommending both CTM and ITD to all and sundry.
