Tivoli Tap Leak

<p>Bought a Tivoli tap @ Birch Acres Mall CTM that comes with a 10 year guarantee two years ago in September 2015, now the tap leaks. I sent through an email on the 9th Feb 2017 to Birch Acres CTM/ ********** advising of the leak which started in mid Jan this year. But up to this day there has been no response to it nor any calls made to the referenced numbers on it to arrange a site visit check. Two weeks silence nogal...what service!
