They gave me wrong Tiles and all they said is sorry there is nothing we can do

I went to but material for because i am renovating my bathroom .

I bought 2 sets of tiles , they were delivered and i gave my tiler an instruction that he can start tiling the walls for the bathroom .

I did not open the boxes because i knew the colour of the tile i bought.

When i came back from work , to my suprise i see that these are not the tiles we picked. already the tiles are on the wall and my tilers are almost done . When i called CTM Springfield all they said is sorry there is nothing we can do because the tiles have been used already. Imagine having the tiles that you did not choose in your house !!!!!!!!!!!! i am soo dissapointed by CTM . and I have always bought my material from them but this time around I am ANGRY & DISSAPOINTED

From a very bright coulour tiles to Dark coulur tiles !!!!!
