Terrible service CTM online

For all my home reno projects, I buy at CTM particularly online. I have been that loyal but over time their service has moved from excellent to terrible. I have been waiting for over two weeks for my delivery and my project is now delayed and on hold because of this. Initially I was told they are out of stock and will give me alternative options and they went silent until I reached out. Only when I reached out I was told they have received stock and will deliver on Friday. Friday I waited the entire day and there was no delivery and no call to explain. CTM your service is terrible.
