Terrible service

I've had terrible service countless times from CTM Menlyn. Just stood around the floor for more than 20min, trying to just get someone to assist me. Then eventually after having to go to the back of the store, I managed to drag someone out to come and help me. After which they told me, oh sorry we don't give samples for laminate flooring. So thank you CTM for wasting my time and then not being able to help me.
