Terrible service

HI <br> <br> We went through to CTM Randburg on Tuesday as we are doing up our bathroom and hallway,We spent about R23000 in total and was helped by Neil. <br> <br> *So far iv'e received an incomplete bathroom mixer <br> *Overcharged on the tiles (took over 30 mins to get a refund as Neil decided to hep another customer which is very unprofessional)<br> *incorrect shower door<br> *incorrect bathroom Vanity<br> *delayed collection of the incorrect items<br> <br> Today is Monday Morning I was promised the correct Vanity and the collection of the shower doors as they could not do it yesterday even after being promised they would collect<br> <br> This is all delays to my project the builders have to wait now which is totally unnecessary ,The service we received here is one of the worst i've ever come across !
