Stock not delivered

<p>Went to CTM Menlyn, placed an order and made sure all the products I selected where instock, this was confirmed by the sales consultant. Delivery date was confirmed for 24/10/2016. Current date 03/11/2016, no feedback from CTM not calls nothing. My building project is delayed now thus resultating in penalities! I tried phoning CTM Menlyn with no answer, after a couple of tries a consultant picks up just to tell me she cant help me because their system is not working, she will phone me back. They cant even delivery my stock how would they remember to phone be back! </p>
