Stay Far Away from CTM Fourways - Terrible After Sales Service

I'm not even sure what to say. I went to CTM Fourways with a list and all the products required. I was in and out the store in 15 minutes. That's where the good service stopped. First delivery arrives, my bath is missing. I enquire and every single day I'm told it will arrive, it only arrives the next week Monday. The Friday before that I buy materials I need to start my tiling. I express that it is imperative that this arrives early on Monday so the tilers can start. They arrive 1.5 hours after the tilers. And then once again, spacers are missing. The tilers cannot work without them. Phone in to tell them, the salesman says he'll bring them himself, the store is 10 minutes away, 30 minutes away, no show. After spending so much money, I don't even words for the level of my disappointment.
