Stay away at all costs- they don't want you

Spent 15 min trying to get someone to assist. Nobody bothered although they could clearly see me taking pics of tiles and fittings. I asked for assistance but sales person just said he'd assist soon but didn't. Totally renovating a 5bed house. Went to Tile Africa and they were AMAZING. Doing 3 other properties with their suggestions and good service too.
