Shop Assistant suggest client CARRY BOXES OF 800x800mm tiles

A female shop assistant in the PAARL CTM branch recently suggested that a customer carry A FEW BOXES of 800x800 tiles home, look for someone in the street to help her transport the tiles or call someone at home to come and fetch the tiles at CTM PAARL. Apparently staff are told to discourage delivery and insult clients at the same time?? Either assuming that the person at home or in the street drives a bakkie, because no one is crazy enough to load a box of 800x800 tiles in their car nevertheless more than one box!

I usually prefer buying tiles online as its much easier and the website is user friendly. I also frequently order tiles and pick it up which is also a great carefree service - with most Cape Town based branches providing excellent and quick service with a smile. This option has been encouraged by the PAARL CTM branch who keeps interrogating and trying to discourage certain clients when asking for delivery, this is then followed by a rude delivery guy usually throwing some kind of sarcasm towards having to deliver.

If PAARL CTM does not deliver please note it where it can be seen and known. If PAARL CTM staff discriminates against specific people, please let us know what the criteria is for this **************. I would suggest that next time you check people's profile to see how much clients contributes to your salaries before judging someone and treating them as disgusting as suggesting they carry boxes of heavy tiles around.
