ROMAN ADAMS OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!

Roman Adams made our shopping at CTM and awesome experience. He is an excellent sales person. He looks at no colour creed and age. I honestly applaud him. He can make a very good manager because he is able to even motivate a customer.

I was only disappointed by Elvis who I picked up from within CTM to install my flooring. I picked him because he was inside the store and not at the gate like other job seekers. He left an unfinished job. He promised to meet me at CTM the when I come to get the tiles. He was not there and he does not answer his calls.

Again I would like to commend Roman Adams for his outstanding service.
