<p>I bought 2 wash basins on 29/06/2016 for R3399.80. Because I work far from where my property is constructed- Cofimvaba, I requested my builder to fetch some items (baths) I bought earlier. When I went to enquire about the basins, I was told by Zukile, the guy responsible for dispatching goods, that a credit note was made against the goods on 27/07/2016 and the entire amount was given to someone who was neither my builder nor me yet I had paid using a card not cash. </p> <p>I was told by Zukile that they would look at the store's cameras but when I went in the store and met with Zukile & the Store Manager, Johan, a new story emerged that store cameras were not working. They could not answer when I asked how they paid cash for goods that were paid for by my card and the signature was neither mine nor the builder's </p>
