Refund request not being honored as promised

We returned the tile to CTM Strijdom Park last week Saturday 26 March 2022, they told us that EFT was the quickest method of a refund to date we have not received our money. We confirmed the account number several times while in-store and telephonically on Monday. On Wednesday I keep calling and following up nobody from CTM has contacted me to let me know anything. I'm the person who keeps calling and emailing them. I am not sure why it's so easy for the store to take our payments but it's such a hassle to get refunded. I am very frustrated.
